BRADLEY CONWAY
Brad received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University. He graduated 8th in his class from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and received an LL.M. in Tax Law from the New York University School of Law. While at Texas Wesleyan, Brad was a member of the prestigious Law Review, a scholarly journal dedicated to publishing articles about relevant, contemporary legal issues.
Brad clerked for a Federal Magistrate Judge, the honorable Judge Charles Bleil in 2006. He has also volunteered his time to Legal Aid, a nonprofit organization that provides civil legal services to low income residents in Texas.
He is a member of both the Texas and New York State Bars.
In addition to private practice, Brad has also worked as an attorney for the University of North Texas’ Student Legal Services, which provides free legal advice to students of the university.
Brad and his wife, Jennifer Conway, reside in Denton, Texas. Jennifer is a local English teacher. The couple believes in education and values the impact the fine arts makes in the lives of individuals and the community as a whole. The couple is active in the Denton community and are avid supporters of the local music and arts scene.
Brad is proud to be Certified Ad Litem through the State Bar of Texas and serves as both an attorney and guardian ad litem for guardianship on cases in Denton County. He believes in helping people and devotes much of his energy and time to such cases.
Brad helps his clients with all manner of issues. He will draw up a will or represent you in an adoption proceeding. He specializes in business, tax, and entertainment law, but has a broad base of knowledge and experience from which to draw.
Brad is a no-frills attorney whose approach to law practice is both practical and grounded. Above all, he believes in making the law as easy as possible for his clients to understand. He is approachable and accessible and will answer his phone and reply to his email until 10 pm each evening. He believes in being available to his clients, literally, night and day.
